We have a brand new opportunity for a highly organised ‘Sales Support Executive’ to join a leading sports agency  in London. Our client has just celebrated 11 years in business and one of the UK’s leading sports hospitality providers. They cover a huge array of world class sports and music events, working closely with venues, organisers, and promoters.

As ‘Sales Support Executive’ you will be responsible for working to align the Sales, Marketing and Operations team ensuring the provision of high quality hospitality packages. You will facilitate the sale, ensuring the overall sales process runs seamlessly from inception through to post event rebooking’s. Managing multiple tasks effectively and juggling priorities are critical in the role to ensure delivery of the team and overall business goals.

Primary responsibilities

  • Managing the Sales Support portfolio across both the London and Glasgow offices
  • Run our client’s Assessment Centre during recruitment drives, ensuring the process remains relevant and effective
  • Creating and managing products using Salesforce
  • Regularly contacting and building relationships with an extensive number of suppliers
  • Working closely with the Operations team to gain early insight into company events, stock levels and essential details to feedback to the Sales team
  • Produce and use monthly reports on Salesforce to track and analyse the progress of the Sales team
  • Working closely with New Business Team Managers to track, analyse and report on individual KPI’s and progress
  • Working closely with the Account Managers to identify, strategize and suggest ways in which to strengthen client relationships further
  • Creating and updating Sales collateral including interactive brochures and event specific PDFs
  • The opportunity to attend events with the Operations team to ensure the smooth running of events
  • General office admin to ensure the smooth running of the London office
  • Working closely with Head of Operations and Marketing to maintain company culture

Skills

  • A good level of understanding on Microsoft programs specifically Excel and Word
  • Prior knowledge of CRM Systems, specifically Salesforce is desirable but not essential
  • Experience using Adobe and Canva
  • Strong analytical / numeracy skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks well
  • Ability to handle high-pressure, fast-paced work environments
